I know a local artist here in Dayton Ohio who needs to get her music "out there". She has no idea how to proceed, and the information does not seem to be very obvious with sites such as iTunes. Thoughts? I'm sure if she has time, Meredith will have answers for you. But in the meantime, one alternative is to sign up with CDBaby. In addition to their sales/distribution of an artist's CDs is arranging electronic distribution through iTunes, amazon, etc. http://members.cdbaby.com/ has details. (Realizing that their fees and percentages for selling through them may not be attractive to everyone.)
