It is "Us An' Them: A Collection of National Anthems". According to this article: http://www.ejazznews.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=10057&mode=thread&order=0&thold=0 she, as would be expected, sings the Irish National Anthem. The CD is accompanied by a DVD about the project, and: >Susan McKeown, who sings the Irish national anthem, explains on the DVD that it connects with the country, the land, the people and the language It connects with a generation of those who are gone. Its like the voices of those before us speaking from the past. It sounds like an interesting project. 16 different countries. I feel that "Blue Beyond the Sky" has one of Louisa's most exquisite melodies to date. It is a gorgeous song. All the best!
