I have many things I can tolerate, but being condescended to isn't one of them. I'm on this list to read about others' opinions and share mine. Very strange. And sad. I really wish they had "Sleeper" too. Well, anyway. they've at least got Abort. You can't make pandora play you only tribe. But if you start a station with Tribe, you'll get a bunch. A good way to experiment. Btw, the best way, with pandora, if you want to hear mostly only tribe and not other stuff.. since they limit 'skipping' songs to 6 skips per day (or something like that - horrible rules due to licensing issues with the music industry I think), you can _always_ switch to a different station then switch back. when you switch stations it starts a new song in that station you're switching to. A nice workaround which pandora themselves suggest :) and apparently the music industry is ok with :) anyway, you can try that while you wait for a cd. I can't find my copy of sleeper :/ meredith, would you guys be willing to make me a copy? :) I have the case.. just the cd is missing! - --jessica meredith wrote: > Hi, > > Karen Hester wrote: >> I've never heard Tribe, and I guess since you lot mention them a fair >> amount, I should give them a go :) >> Are they any of the eMusic Tribes? > > As Greg confirmed, alas, they're not. > > But woj and I can definitely hook you up with a CD of Tribe goodness. > (It's all long out of print now anyway, so that'd be ok.) > > *sigh* They were SUCH a great band. For those of you who can't (or don't want to) use Flash in your browsers, I found the direct links to the downloadable content on tribeonline.info which should be accessible without any Flash: http://www.stevelathamdesign.com/tribe/studio.htm http://www.stevelathamdesign.com/tribe/live.htm The "Here at the Home" MP3s are on the studio page.
