I plan on getting it. I found Daughter Darling a bit hit and miss though, so I won't be surprised if I don't love the whole album. ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 16 Aug 2006 13:24:02 +0000 From: "Greg Blair" Subject: RE: ecto-digest V12 #216 > > Since I'm new to Ecto, I don't know if this is old news to everybody, but are > > you folks familiar with Rasputina? > >Yeah, we first started discussing them when their first album came out about 10 years ago. Yes, we have hidden depths. This list has been around since 1991, and Rasputina's first album came out in 1996. It seems like just a minute ago, I swear. - --Neile n.p. I'm finding contestant Ryan Star very ectophilic in the passionate male singer way. His intensity reminds me a bit of Tori Amos--as did his killer version of Losing My Religion a few weeks ago. Last night he did In the AIr Tonight that put Phil Collins to shame. For those that like male ectophilic artists like Tom McRae might want to check his out--there are samples of his album on CD Baby.
