And, as anyone who knows me is aware, I help Allison 24-7 entirely for free. It's about love and music, nothing else. And, I know that Alley is a favourite of several Ecto-philes, and she's in the queue for the Ecto site so you and others here will hopefully be hearing more of her through this list soon. Based on what you're saying, you may well enjoy Allison's original songs (plenty are found online) which cover territory unique to any artist, of either sex. For now, with the holiday season upon us, I hope no one minds me sharing these seasonal gifts of song ( : peace and cheers, Adrian ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 18 Dec 2004 03:00:05 -0500 (EST) From: Mike Matthews Subject: Today's your birthday, friend... i*i*i*i*i*i i*i*i*i*i*i *************** *****HAPPY********* **************BIRTHDAY********* *************************************************** *************************************************************************** ******************** Tracy Benbrook (no Email address) ******************** *************************************************************************** -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- - -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Tracy Benbrook Tue December 18 1973 Sagittarius Mark Lowry Mon December 22 1969 Capricarius Kay Cleaves Wed December 22 1976 Prancing Pony Uli Grepel Wed December 25 1968 Steinbock Joseph Wasicek Sat December 25 1976 Brown Eagle Stuart Castergine Mon December 30 1963 You Are Here Marvin Camras Sat January 01 1916 Tapehead Jeanne Schreiter Tue January 03 1967 Capricorn John Sandoval Wed January 04 1967 Capricorn Paul Cohen Tue January 05 1954 Capricorn Tony Garrity Mon January 08 1962 Pool of Life Greg Bossert Tue January 09 1962 OfTheTimes Troy J. I would highly recommend any of the artists we had this Fall to anyone who wanted to do a house concert. An online music service I could be comfortable with. Mindown sells tracks in both lossy format, using Ogg Vorbis, and LOSSLESS - using FLAC. They seem to use either no DRM at all, or at least it is very relaxed, even more so than at iTunes. I don't really keep up with prices on iTunes and the rest of these services, but I have no great problem with Mindawn's prices - a full album in FLAC for $8.99 seems reasonable to me. All in all, they would be really worth supporting - now, if only I could find something I actually wanted ...
