It is in the -2 guys who do bass, drums and electronica and a female singer with a nice mellow voice- genre. I was in the store when their 5-cd player on 'random' played a cut very much like StereoLab at their best: Killing. There is also a very catchy little thing whose subtext is "..doth protest TOO much", that made me think of the Police song: Every Move You Make. [While many caught the irony, others have in old yearbooks forever printed that it was "their" song.] Olive's song is: You Are Nothing. Very catchy, with a chorus of, "You are Nothing without my love!" == I never could tell if Carly Simon was being ironic with You're So Vain: "..you probably think this song is about you"== I also picked up Oysterhead from an in store listen, but in a different location and weeks earlier. Of the 2 newest I like Olive more over all. bye, KrW I'm Peter Pan! I'm perpetually young!! OW!! Our own Ms Rhodes grew up with KaTe Bush and Queen as her -first- - -this is good music- shaping experience. The Beatles were simply competent and pleasent 'oldies' to her. In college I knew a woman who had grown up in a Jazz lover's house and grew up with the Crusaders and T. Monk, etc.. What do the different age groupings of Ectos remember as their own {is Epiphany too strong?} music thingy? bye, KrW I'm Peter Pan! I'm perpetually young!! OW!!
