However, the video available there is only playable via iTunes. For those, like me, who aren't planning to install iTunes anytime soon, it's also available on Winamp 5's music video channel. No Linux option that I'm aware of, unfortunately -- gotta love that DRM. :P John ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 12 Oct 2004 15:09:06 From: "2345" <2345@collectedsounds.com> Subject: Re: Re: Sarah McLachlan's latest video, was (Michel Gondry, bjork video There is another URL to watch it without iTunes: http://worldonfire.ca/ It's worth watching... ~Amy Lotsberg www.collectedsounds.com -------Original Message------- > From: John Zimmer > Subject: Re: Sarah McLachlan's latest video, was (Michel Gondry, bjork video > Sent: 12 Oct 2004 07:32:45 > > Nadyne wrote: > > > You can see the video on Sarah's website at > > . I just tried it again just now and it did the same thing it did for you. That pisses me off! When I looked at it before, it opened up a new window and played it right in the window, no actual player (I use Mozilla 1.7b) Not so happy with this vid anymore :( Sorry!! I wish I still had the old link, but I don't. This is where magic happens." Barth has studied with Herbie Hancock and Weather Report founder Joe Zawinul. He has performed with Deodato and his band at the State Opera Vienna, and released two albums as a leader: "Seven Worlds" (2001) and "Beyond Black and White" (Solo Piano Double CD, 2003). Special guest MARY FAHL received critical acclaim and a loyal international following in the 1990s from her recordings and performances with the group October Project. Her earthy, viscerally powerful contralto voice gives her an unforgettably distinctive and highly personal sound, "a voice for the gods" (Steve Morse, The Boston Globe). ------------------------------ End of ecto-digest V10 #285 ***************************
