The tune "Robin (the hooded man)" was used as the theme song for a Brit TV series called "Robin of Sherwood" that ran on Showtime. I remember anxiously watching the credits, hoping they would say who did the song. C. Hi, I just rented The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen...and want to know why didn't someone tell me to go see it on the big screen? It was wonderful!!! I need to check out all the critics who trashed it so I can stay away from them forever. One gripe, only one: some of the places the >very< big submarine went didn't seem deep enough for it. The most perfect non-animated "comicbook" movie I have ever seen. I also got a library copy of the A&E remake of The Lathe of Heaven and need to ask: why? I have the book and the first movie and I still got lost in this mess. What a waste of time and money. I can only wonder what might go on in the mind of someone who saw this one only. I also envy the experience of anyone who saw The Lord of The Rings trilogy wihout first devouring the books. I knew the story and just got to see it realized; a "newbie" to the book got the whole unfolding wonderment before him/her. bye, KrW I'm Peter Pan! I'm perpetually young!! OW!!
