for all of you that warned me off of CD Street when they were going 
down, due to non payment to artists, you might like to know I recieved 
this from them and things look better now. Have you gotten paid Kevin? 

Dear Artists: 
 Well, it has been a little over a month since the ownership changed.  
We wanted to make sure that all our artists have received their 
settlement checks for Nov. 1-15, mailed Nov. 20th and for Nov. 16-30th, 
mailed Dec 5th.  All future settlements will be paid in a similar 
manner, TWICE a month!!!

A NEW NEW YEAR'S EVE  If you are a Bay Area Ectoperson & don't feel like
paying $65 and up for a night of same ol' music in the city, and want to
do something NEW and DIFFERENT then check this out; Cyoakha Grace and 
Blind play up at Harbin Hot Springs for the UNCONDITIONAL DANCE 
FESTIVAL, Dec. 28-Jan 1. It's a great 3 day gathering of dancers from 
all over the country, live music (Blind and Lost at Last) and the best 
bay area world dance trance DJs (DJ Dragonfly, DJ Rhymystic and more) in
the conference area of Harbin (but with full use of Harbin's pools 
etc...)there are classes, all organic food, drumming and lots of dancing
day and night. CYO and the BLIND will play their 
Ultra+Deep+Tribal+Magic+Music+Groove @ the fest for the dancers, Dec. 
30, as well as playing for the full-Harbin all guests New Year's Eve

This is a great festival put on by some very cool folk, all the music is
ecto-ish, female vocals, world, trancey and dancey...What better way to 
bring in the New Year than with the magic of music, the chill of the

I just met Priscilla online.  She's an illustrator
from Spain who recently started doing music.

I'm absolutely enthralled with the song "I Steal
the Leaves."  I highly recommend downloading the
low-budget but exceedingly charming video

Her other songs hold varying levels of interest to
me, but the overall picture that emerges shows a
lot of promise.  She seems like she's still
developing her sound and songcraft, but her voice
is really what makes me think she could be someone
to watch--wonderfully emotive in the vein of Kate
Bush or Annie Haslam.

A. Jane Will Play One More Show in NYC This Year

On December 29th Jane will play a semi-benefit for the Bottom Line in New
York.  
There will be two shows:
7:30 and 10:30
Jane will play solo and will have many drop in special musical guests.

B. Jane's Show From The Symphony Space In NYC will Soon Air On WFUV NY

On December 17th WFUV NY recorded Jane's  show in New York at Symphony space
(which many of you have written to us saying you loved - thank you for your
letters) .  This concert will air very soon and there will also be a
simultaneous webcast.
We will be in touch soon to let you know exactly when this will air.
