Assuming you mean the Dutch singer Anouk, try her own website at http://www.anouk.nl/ (or http://www.anouk.com/ , same site). Warning: heavy, heavy Flash. You may choose between a "High" and a "Low" version, but it's Flash throughout. I've only taken a quick look at the "Low" version, and that has a Flashy Discography section that has a Flashy Jukebox where you can play your choice of songs. My opinion on Anouk: not bad, but pretty much standard rock, some good songs (for example "Nobody's wife" or "Sacrifice", which have been major hits around here; both of her "Together alone" cd)... I haven't really paid too much attention to her as it's not really my cup of tea. Best wishes, Marion n.p.i.m.h. Anuna -- Essential Anuna n.r. E.A. Included on the original recording are nine bonus tracks - songs that were recorded and intended to be released on our second record. There is now a total of 21 songs on our original record. We both are really excited to get the music back out there and of course are thrilled for everyone to hear the unreleased tracks. Details will be up at my website soon. Please check in shortly for information as to how to pick up your copy. That really is cynical. So am I, now that I'm going to have to buy the re-master, replacing a perfectly serviceable original. Oh well, she's one of my faves, so getting new stuff from that period can't be all bad. We will submit it for their consideration, but they always have final right of refusal. ========== But from the way this is worded, I think such refusals are expected to be quite uncommon (i.e. probably only for joke or possibly very offensive content). Also note that the $40 will get artists distributed to any number of online music services, not just iTunes. I just got this e-mail...I'm stumped but I know that people on ecto excel at this sort of thing! Any guesses? - --Sue I have been looking for the name of a female singer with a song out currently playing on Muzak. She was on Letterman 3 or 4 weeks ago, I didn't see it, but I understand was tall, thin, blonde and older than a Britney Spears type. The song is slow, heavy on electric guitar, and has a lyric in it " I love your righteous ways". I have put everyone, including music stores, on hold to hear it, and no one can tell me who it is. ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 24 Jul 2003 19:24:34 -0400 From: DanStark <2003.carnivore99@verizon.net> Subject: Re: Can you help identify a song?
