One notable exception to this is Harry Nilsson. He never toured or performed in person or on the TV. He did it all with his writing, his albums, scoring movies and the like. What was his secret (besides talent?) I have no clue. It seems he just started at the level many take years to work up to. Maybe it was proximity. Happy does not exactly live in the middle of Entertainment Central so she would have limited access to both creative and producer people in a social environment. McKinley didn't make it either, in spite of being highly talented. She's back to her day job as a mechanical engineer. It is really Anne Marie Almedal from a live performance last year where Eric Honore has sampled it and made a background sound of it following her voice. It is really wonderfully done. - -- Yngve ------------------------------ End of ecto-digest V8 #58 *************************
