Anybody else heard Mark Kozelek's record of all, AC-DC, uh, "cover" doesn't quite cover it. Re-imaginings? For ten tracks of all the same joke, it's kinda nice - -- d. - ------------------------------------------------- Mayo-Wells Media Workshop dmw@ http://www.mwmw.com mwmw.com Web Development * Multimedia Consulting * Hosting ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 07 Sep 2001 15:49:52 EDT From: Jessweiser24@aol.com Subject: paging Philip David!! Her biography says that she does indeed play for the cowboys (note the little c). Maybe the image isn't so poetic as cinematic. Remember the campfire scene in _Blazing Saddles_? Finally, Meth brought up Bjork's performance on _Late Night_ Tuesday night. That was a beautiful song. The harp was lovely. And I think those were melodeons in the plexiglass box. The choral group behind her made me wonder if native Indian tribes actually live on Iceland. I would expect the Vikings to have wiped out any other people in the vicinity.
