A copy of BOOMERANG recently sold for $500 on eBay, so I have to say that our little AOL friend probably doesn't have much of a chance of scoring these unless s/he has REALLY deep pockets!! - --Sue Trowbridge * albany, california trow@slip.net * http://www.interbridge.com ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 12 May 2000 03:00:05 -0400 (EDT) From: Mike Matthews Subject: Today's your birthday, friends... i*i*i*i*i*i i*i*i*i*i*i *************** *****HAPPY********* **************BIRTHDAY********* *************************************************** *************************************************************************** ******************* Patrick Varker (ptv@scm-metals.com) ******************* ************* Philip David Morgan (philipdavid@earthlink.net) ************* *************************************************************************** -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- - -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Patrick Varker Wed May 12 1954 Torius Philip David Morgan Sat May 12 1962 Chinese Tiger in Bull Clothing Steve Fagg Tue May 13 1958 Nightwol Karel Zuiderveld Fri May 13 1960 Stier Michael Colford Wed May 16 1962 Taurus Christopher Boek Tue May 19 1970 Taurus Yngve Hauge Fri May 21 1971 Gemini Lisa Laane Tue May 22 1973 Gemini Jewel Kilcher Thu May 23 1974 The Gem Chandra Sriram Thu May 27 1971 Gemini Urs Stafford Thu May 31 1973 Give Way Perttu Yli-Krekola Thu June 02 1966 Kaksoset Alex Gibbs Thu June 08 1967 Betelgeuse Gleb Zverev Tue June 09 1964 Gemini Sonja Juchniewich Mon June 10 1963 Pegasus Joerg Plate Mon June 12 1967 Gemini - -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 12 May 2000 02:22:23 -0500 From: Kay S Cleaves Subject: CD Store Page Hey-- I got the same emails and clued the poor girl in. (on the CD, there were a couple of bonus tracks tacked on after it). If I remember one of the old stories correctly, it was one of her first recorded songs, when she was 17. So THAT's where that came from. I couldn't figure out just why the hell anyone would think I was Exile On Main St. I hope I wasn't too bitchy in my response. :} While I'm here, I've been meaning to post this rather odd bit of ectosynchronicity. Last Sunday I went to NYC with a friend to see Libby Kirkpatrick (rather interesting acoustic type from Bryn Mawr, PA who is worth checking out if you like Ani's soulful side), and we met up with a friend of that friend who was going to drive us into the city. Her car was full of all sorts of stuff, including all of the Tori Amos songbooks. I was idly eyeing what slid out of the piles on the back seat next to me whenever we turned a corner, when a familiar CD cover caught my attention: _Ecto_! Turns out this woman is a huge Happy fan, thanks to the article on her that Sharon Nichols wrote in the Really Deep Thoughts fanzine a few years back. How weird is *that*?!? Needless to say, there were many exclamations of "oh my GOD!" :) +==========================================================================+ | Meredith Tarr meth@smoe.org | | New Haven, CT USA http://www.smoe.org/~meth | +==========================================================================+ | "things are more beautiful when they're obscure" -- veda hille | | *** TRAJECTORY, the Veda Hille mailing list: *** | | *** http://www.smoe.org/meth/trajectory.html *** | +==========================================================================+ ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 12 May 2000 20:58:16 -0400 From: meredith Subject: Re: Jorane Hi!
