Venues I don't know so much as there's not one that particularly has more shows that I would qualify as "ecto" than another, though the Paradox Theatre may turn out to be such a place, supporting interesting performers like Mary Lydia Ryan for example. The Crocodile Cafe (known as the Croc) has a lot of great indierock shows--people like Heather Dube and Kristin Hersh. As for local people, Susan Court, Mary Lydia Ryan, Heather Dube (whom I've yet to see live), Willow, jr, the Callipe and Persephone's Circle groups, and of course lots of national people come through here--hard to say who might be coming through in July. - --Neile n.p. So why don't they make MP3s available? They should get thousands of copies of the song distributed around the world ASAP. I can't play whatever it is they have on their web site otherwise I would have downloaded it on principle. Unless it's all just a troll and they're trying to use the publicity to sell copies.
