I regret that I wasn't feeling well when they came through town (Boulder) last month (it also was the night after parent/teacher conferences, so I would have been exhausted even if I hadn't been fighting off a sinus infection). I've seen them before, and they're spectacular live. Tori will be co-hosting 120 minutes this weekend. that's an mtv show, i think. and they'll play the video for "1000 oceans" it airs late sunday night/early monday morning at 1. But I'm not ashamed to say it worked on me...after all, it's not like this is the first time I've bought multiple copies of one of Happy's albums. Yes, that's right, my second copy of MWABT arrived today, the euro release with "How It Should Be." It was worth every penny (which, incidentally, turned out to be aobut 13.5 pounds), and I have no qualms about dropping that money for a single new Happy track. And this one is fabu. It's an interesting blend of the organic electronica of the rest of the album, but has a strummy acoustic guitar fairly prominent in the mix. I can't help but wonder if this track was originally intended as a b-side for a single which never happened. Ain't amazon.uk a wonderful thing? On a completely unrelated note, Circuit City is currently selling a bundled package of Sarah McLachlan's _Mirrorball_ and _Video Collection 1989-1998_ for $15.99. A quick check online has these selling separately for about $30, so it's quite a good deal... well, other than the part where you get stuck with all those sucky songs from _Surfacing_... ;-) jeff n.p. MWABT, you know, the one with the extra track... ------------------------------ End of ecto-digest V5 #377 **************************
