Before anything else : Happy Holidays to you all! On to business... I notice no-one yet has mentioned Sade's new album, "Love Deluxe". IMHO, this is her best yet... every track is pure sweetness. I look upon it as a container of cool, smooth ice cream I can cover myself with when things get too hot. ;-) The best ten CDs I bought this year, in order of decreasing name length: Tribes, Vibes and Scribes Incognito The Ultimate Experience Jimi Hendrix Little Earthquakes Tori Amos Love Deluxe Sade Rearmament Happy Rhodes Rhodes II Happy Rhodes Rhodes I Happy Rhodes Ecto Happy Rhodes Baby Yello Us Peter Gabriel I also saw my first k.d.lang video today ... "Barefoot"... which I liked a lot. What album contains this song? Is the rest of it as good? They're nice, but I can always think of other things I've rather have, and they get put at the bottom of my "ToBuyOneOfTheseDays" list. I'll keep in mind that you think it's her best one yet. > I also saw my first k.d.lang video today ... "Barefoot"... which I liked > a lot. What album contains this song? Is the rest of it as good?
