Here is the phone number for tribe tour dates: RPM Music Productions (212) 246-8126 BTW, Try to find their first release (or second?) Here at the home. It is MUCH better that Abort, their first major label release. It (The tape) has 6 songs that all appear in overproduced versions on Abort and is on Rutabaga Records (RCS-003). They ARE very good indeed, and both Janet and Terri have great voices. Try requesting their song ABORT on the radio. It and Tied are perfect examples of how great they are! It's very hard to find, probably to the point of being impossible outside of boston, and I'm not even convinced you can still get it in boston. I 100% agree that the songs on both Here at the Home and Abort are much better on Here at the Home, but that does *not* mean the songs on Abort are bad! not at all! The only one i really *don't* like so much on Abort is Abort itself. With just "Abort" to work from (assuming the radio station you request songs from only has "Abort" (the album)), I wouldn't suggest Abort (the song). My favorites from Abort(the album) are currently Joyride, Vigil, and Outside. (and after that, Easter Dinner, Rescue Me, Tied), and after that, everything else. It's just one of those albums where *every* song is good. Even "Serenade" which greg and I both feel is the weakest song on the album, we find ourselves humming it!! aaaaaaanyway, thanks for providing the phone number for RPM, angelos! jessica || jessica || It is this that || Don't try to tell me there's no reason for || || lawrence || brings us || any moment in time, every memory of mine. || || koeppel || together. || Those years are lines of color on my face, || || dembski || --Kate || the past is warpaint. --Happy Rhodes || ======================================================================== Date: Fri, 13 Dec 91 13:43:49 PST From: barry@gnu.ai.mit.edu Hey vickie, you said that she said no, is that suppose to mean no she doesn't have any material like that lying around, or that she has it, but just doesn't want to release it? Barry Oh, almost forgot, anyone know how many cd's there are for Danielle Dax? I've got 3 and I'm wondering if there are anymore? I may whine about The Internet or Chinet or Gargoyle often, but here's proof that I have good reason to. All these represent *different* ecto, gaffa and e-mail messages. The earliest date here is Dec 7, even though I mailed some of these starting Nov. 30. If you get Ecto as loose mail you're missing out every now and then. If that thought bothers you, you should think about getting the digest, either in replacement of or in addition to, loose mail.
