Yes, Last Call is like the first half of Earthquake Weather... well, it's half of the first half of Earthquake Weather. The other half is Expiration Date. The two stories are brought together, somewhat roughly; it works, but seems to break at the seams. All in all, my favorite of the three is Expiration Date, but I realize milage varies on this. > I have also just received Declare from them and that catolog had a 2 I want so many books only available in hardcover right now, and I have almost no money to get them with. I splurged on Kage Baker's new one -- The Graveyard Game -- and that's the last hardcover for me for a while. Saving for a new car sucks. :P In March about 10 console and PC games I've been waiting for come out and, according to my budget, I can get one of them. I'd suggest that anyone planning on flying in who hasn't already done so, make your plans now -- the airfares are really good, but the cheap seats are filling up fast! In case anyone's keeping score, we'll be arriving on Wednesday, June 6 and leaving on Wednesday, June 13, in and out of San Jose. Now we just have to figure out where we're going to stay and what we're going to do on the days that aren't the 9th... :) +==========================================================================+ | Meredith Tarr meth@smoe.org | | New Haven, CT USA http://www.smoe.org/~meth | +==========================================================================+ | "things are more beautiful when they're obscure" -- veda hille | | *** TRAJECTORY, the Veda Hille mailing list: *** | | *** http://www.smoe.org/meth/trajectory.html *** | +==========================================================================+ ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 22 Feb 2001 17:23:54 -0800 (PST) From: Marla Tiara Subject: Re: Kristin Hirsh Borders tour - --- Neal Copperman wrote: > Coming to a bookstore near you, in celebration of > her impending (March, I > think) new album.
