Price: about $3.50. Both are great CDs and well worth > thrice the cost. I absolutely have to second this recommendation. Both samplers have quite a few gems, and if you don't know the kind of stuff that Northside is putting out these days, you really should get those samplers. Garmarna is screamingly ecto, and Hedningarna is pretty close. A lot of the rest of the stuff on NorthSide is just plain good. ian. (n.p. Kerri Anderson - Labyrinth. The singer/songwriter is busy refining original material developed over the last three years. In addition to her own songs, the album will feature a few October Project classics with Marina singing lead and special guests singing harmonies. One or two of Marina's favorite covers (with Joni Mitchell's "Cactus Tree" high on the list) will also be included on the album. Marina will record with a group of friends she has met on her musical path, making the album a kind of personal time capsule. Expect a few surprise guests! ------------------------------ Date: 7 Oct 2000 15:01:55 -0700 From: "Michael Pearce" Subject: RE: the day the solid format died Phil Hudson writes, >I didn't see the foldout version, was that just a US release?
