We're not a company or corporation, we're not even signed. Anna's a big fan of Tori and had been compared on many occassions. I'm writing to see whether time and/or inclination willing you'd be so kind as to give us a listen at www.mp3.com/silverman and if you were suitably impressed recommend us to other fans of Tori. If so, Congress has recently enacted legislation against "Internet domain name squating". Basically, if Happy can prove that she was "Happy Rhodes" before the Internet domain name craze, or that she had trademark or registered mark rights over the "Happy Rhodes" name before someone else filed for the happyrhodes.com domain name, she can most likely gain ownership of the domain name. Now, beware, I am no esquire, so this comes to you based on what I read on the press. There is a now-famous case in general aviation circles where someone filed for a domain name with the same name as a well-known general aviation merchandising company (who had not yet established a Web presence), and after some legal dealings in court the merchandising company got their domain name back, under the premise that the name in question belonged to the merchandising company, and that the other party was acting in bad faith by "squating" on the domain name in hopes of making a quick buck. And now, for some ob music content, my ecto-buddy Anna Maria sent to me Chuck Prophet's _Balinese Dancer_, and I really, really, really like this album! Not exactly ecto stuff, but the entire album is well done, and would probably appeal to ectophiles as well. In fact, if anyone can find the rare double issue of _Balinese Dancer_ and _Feast of Hearts_, I want it! Cheers, - - Bill G. Jimi Hendrix (won by his estate), Jethro Tull and actress Julia Roberts come to mind off the top of my head.
