That would be me. :) The show in Boston was fantastic, and I really loved Jen Wood's stark and gorgeous set (people were more attentive for both of the girlies, from what I gather from woj's post). (Our opening act was a girl named Lily, who was OK.) Elizabeth Elmore was excellent, very energetic and loud. And as my sig indicates, both of them wore my tiara. Jen Wood told me she'd be back in Boston in October. Not sure about Elizabeth Elmore, but there's a great relatively recent interview with her at http://www.ctomag.com I'm not good at being a lurker. marla tiara ===== ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Famous people wearing my tiara: http://www.marlatiara.com (*updated 8/3/00 - Elizabeth Elmore and Jen Wood) (yep! What I heard was "Freak Out In the Garden." And I took a lot of good natured ribbing for it. Today it's hard to figure how I heard it that way. I had a valid excuse though. I was most likely blazing on LSD. A more recent misinterpretation is from Veda Hille's "Bellyfish." The correct line is "hook in my leg that I lost as a kid." What did I hear? "Look at my leg that I lost as a kid." Ewu - gross! And you kept it around all these years in a big jar next to your tonsils? Or maybe it's now fish bait? ("Fish hook in my leg that I lost as a kid") No valid excuse for this one.
