Joe Jackson even sat in on "It's Different For Girls", plus one of hers recently. The Living Room takes over where Sin'e left off. It is open at Stanton & Ludlow on Manhattan's Lower East Side. In fact, one block west of Arlene. A cozy 45 seat room has been way nice of late with performance's by Dorothy Scott, Jane Kelly Williams and plenty other groovy folks. My brother Timothy Hill plays there tommorow (Sat.). Dorothy more Tuesdays this month. New Susan McKeown album of traditional songs in sight tonight. I suppose it comes out soon, eh? I think it's her best album ever! Maybe because she doesn't sound so *cutesy* on this -- I mean her songs are a little more mainstream. <> From the Borders Salon website: <> Even if you're not a big Victoria Williams fan, you might want to give this CD a good listen. *not a professional reviewer* hugs and kisses all around, Jill :D ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 17 Jan 1998 20:32:35 -0600 (CST) From: kerry white Subject: sessions Hi, Tonight's Sessions is probably a repeat of #102 Taj Mahal and Albita. Amy: Yeah. Totally. Why? Jordan: Just, "I love you" can mean a lot of things, like "You'll do until someone better comes along" or "I can't describe how I really feel but I know I'm supposed to say this" or "Shut up! I'm watching TV"...
