So I made one :) It's called OLD WAYS right now. I'll entertain other name suggestions though if anyone has any :) The purpose, of course, is to discuss all things Loreena-related: album reviews, tour schedules, general thoughts, WHATEVER. You know the routine. Anyhow, to join up, simply send mail to: old-ways-request@tomservo.b23b.ingr.com and to post, the address is: old-ways@tomservo.b23b.ingr.com NOTE: We've had some minor problems with our email lately, but they should all be fixed. If your mail bounces, PLEASE send it to dcwalter@ingr.com. If your subscribe request makes it through, though, you should have no troubles. When I add you to the list, I'll send you an little notification just to verify your mail path and let you know you got in. For now, I don't have a digest format. It shouldn't be a problem at first, but if enough people ask for one, I will definitely see about adding one. I've been trying to install a comm package on a friend's PC, but the config program fixates on some setting that's all wrong for the serial port we think the modem is on. They've got Happy and Mitch Elrod's Swim Team, but I didn't think to look up Kevin Bartlett. Are there other members of the AG artistic fold? CDC's prices seem quite good, as well - Happy's discs were in the $12 range. And I'm glad I didn't get the Bobs' new one at list price in a record store, when CDC has it for $13.22. Well, for all parties interested, if everything goes according to plan, the episode will air on 21 March. That's the way a shop I know opens sealed CDs. No, they just want to look at the CD to get the neccessary catalog information for their computer database (order numbers on CDs are sometimes different from the ones on the cover, and you can't tell picture discs from normal ones without looking at the discs themselves). They do 'close' the jewel pack, and unaware customers think the disc is brand new (which in fact it is).
