First heard of her in 1997 with the self-titled CD. MSLGOY was the BEST CD of 2001. I have it at home and play the songs from it via links on my computer at school when I'm not teaching classes (I'm a college math instructor). I'm into all of the female singer songwriters--so much good music, so little time (and money) to hear it all....Dar, Lucy K, Larkin, Christine Kane (I run her on line discussion group), etc. Saw CC open for Dar in 2000 here in Charlotte. Wish they would have performed a set together. Dar stayed afterwards to autograph CD's and other merchandise. But no sign of CC in sight. Why no joint performance or post-concert appearance together? Inquiring minds want to know! Anyway, saw via the website for KTBG-FM in Warrensburg, MO (home of Central Missouri State University, my late Mother's alma mater--she and my father grew up 40 miles east of Warrensburg) that CC will be performing in Lawrence, KS this Friday night. Anybody from the KS/MO area going to the concert? Likewise, anybody on the list live in that area? Looking forward to hearing from everyone in Planet Catie.
