Hey Catie fans... It's been a little slow on here lately, so while we're waiting for the next Catie movie trailer (http://www.symphonyofchaos.com/) and whatever other "secret" gigs Catie may announce, I thought I'd take this opportunity to talk up another band that I think many folks on this list would love...I do! Their bios tell more, but let me do my own plugging, then go check out the website, http://www.bluehouse.net/. The gals of Bluehouse are from Melbourne, and can play and belt out some great tunes. They're talented ladies that play stuff all over the board from jazz to silly...and they're wicked funny!! I happened to go see their show last year - their first time at the Freight & Salvage in Berkeley, CA and became an instant huge fan. Got to see a show in Sydney last November during the Gay Games to a very packed nightclub! (They've been a band for 8 years!) They toured the states this last winter, and lucky for us... they're back! They played what they said was a great festival this weekend, but tonight's show was a very small and intimate audience. There were only 9 folks in the audience...but still the band learned everyone's name and played a great set! They're playing at Henfling's tomorrow night and at Freight on Friday in the SF Bay Area. But catch them if you can...wherever you are! And since they're just starting this tour...see a show and tell a friend...or you could just believe me that they're great, tell a friend, and you can all go to the show together!!
