Actually, it's been moved to http://www.mark.umd.edu/~mark/catie, but you'll notice that all of the larger boot collections are currently unavailable as I simply don't have the room for them anymore. I've asked around (on this list and elsewhere) if anyone has some web server space that they can "donate" to this, but haven't had any volunteers yet. (I would say we need between 750 meg and one gig, and would, of course, be happy to maintain the files to which I'd point from my page above.)
