i personally think the cedar cultural center is a better venue.  the 400 bar 
is...a bar, and there's usually a lot of talking and such (with the weird 
accoustics, it's almost amplified towards the stage, from my experience with 
the ferrick show).  the cedar cultural center is just about right next door, 
and it is all ages.  :)  so...if catie were to play there, i'd be there with 
a bunch of friends in tow!  the people who run the cedar are SO nice too, i'm 
sure they're great to work with.  and it's a little bigger than the 400 bar.
