Now that Catie has officially told us she’s heading into the studio to record her new– WOO HOO! – how about we try to help her out a little with the discography? What songs are you SURE she’ll put on there, what songs do you really WANT her to put on, how many totally brand NEW songs will there be, and how about rounding that off with a suggested CD title? Some of y’all out there in the East have had a lot more opportunities to hear a lot more of the new stuff than us Westcoasters, so you’ll probably have a better list – I’m still thinking about mine. I got to play the “name the cd” game with her at music camp back when she was getting ready to release “Catie Curtis”. Can’t remember our brainstorm list, but we were playing with the alliteration sound of “c”. Obviously, Guardian didn’t want anything extra – and look how good that one came out! : ) Just thought I’d throw the idea out there – have fun. I’ll be looking forward to the summer release and the tour that’s sure to follow!!! Hopefully she’ll have several SF Bay Area gigs : ) peace, Heather ------------------------------ End of dads-yard-digest V3 #23 ******************************
