It's a wonderful little collection of "odds and ends" ("all recorded at various times in quite a range of live situations, from solo radio performances to full-on riotous band happenings.") It includes an especially energetic version of Red Herring, a nice cover of Gillian Welch's Tear my Stillhouse Down (different, I think, from the version on Live at Tir na nOg), and a few new ditties as well. I love the concept of this EP--it's sort of like an "official boot", if that's not too much of a contradiction in terms. I hope that (1) Kris does more like-minded projects and (2) Catie considers similar endeavors.
