The show featured Sean Staples on mandolin and Kris Delmhorst on vocals and fiddle (I don't remember the bassist and drummer's names off-hand, but they were excellent too). Here's the track list: Disc 1: Soulfully I'll Cover You Memphis 100 Miles Fall Away Troubled Mind Gave Me Love Roses World Don't Owe Me Stay Up All Night Patience [Mark Sandman cover] What's the Matter Look at You Now Wise to the Ways Disc 2: Falling Silent in the Dark Burn Your Own House Down Radical Magnolia Street Fisherman's Blues [Waterboys cover] Dad's Yard Yes, disc 2 is short (about 30 min.), and if I find something of similar quality that fills it out I may add it, but don't count on it, I think it stands fine on its own. IMO, "Patience" and "Fisherman's Blues," and "Troubled Mind" with Kris, make this a must for fans. Lots of great banter, too! Since Masaki told me she had great response to her offer of "Dandelion," and I don't have time to burn 80 CDs , I am willing to make copies of this for 10 branches, who must send me 2 CD-R's and an SASE. I will send you the burned CDs and make the liners available in MS Publisher format. In turn, branches agree to make at least 10 sets of CDs for others. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is anyone to profit from this distribution, it is for your personal enjoyment only. If you're interested, please reply to this message *privately*. I'll post to the list when all branches have been selected. Please do not reply if you don't know how a tree works, or if you don't have time, or if you can't get around to mailing me your CD-Rs for a while... With all that said, if you still want to be a branch , send me a message privately and I will notify you *only* if you are selected. I will post to the list when branch positions are filled. If you are not selected as a branch, watch for the leaf announcement, which should go out in a month or so. - -- Deb \\ indigo@mindspring.com \\ http://www.mindspring.com/~indigo ------------------------------ End of dads-yard-digest V3 #10 ******************************
