Now Shelley I need you to back me up here..... The band is called "the WAiFS" and they consist of 2 female & 1 male, the girls are sisters and come from Western Australia. They have 3 cd's out which are all great but I have to say that their last is just unbelievable, the girls harmonies are fantastic. I couldn't tell you who they sound like, they are very unique with a lean to the country folk. I think you should treat yourselves to early Xmas presents and with the exchange rate the way it is you could get all 3 and still be laughing. If money is a problem and you have to choose then "Sink or Swim" would be my pick followed closely behind by their self-titled CD then their 2nd release "Shelter Me" which has a hint (ever so small) of blues/jazz feel about it. Now I'd just like to say I get nothing out of this, I just want to promote some great Aussie music that most of you would never get to hear unless you came over & saw them live. They don't get airplay here as for most of the talented musicians around the world so word of mouth is doing it for them. Shelley can we plug anyone else?????? Thank's for reading.
