Ok, I just realized if I just hit reply to messages on this list the mail goes out to just one person, not the whole group...that's different from all my other mailing lists....so anyway, sorry for any confusion.... Hello, Heather...I'm a member of the Dar list.....go here www.darweb.org and on the left hand side of the screen you'll see where to join....also, check out the right hand side of the screen....there are weekly IRC chats, I did my first one last week and it was fun, and no, we don't just blather about Dar all night b/c as much as we love her that would get boring. As for fan mail, go here: http://www.cgrg.ohio-state.edu/~kspencer/Catie_Curtis/ and look under "contact" I don't want to just copy and paste the address, b/c I think you should check out this site. It's a great Catie site, and only one of two I have found so far. Plus it was made by someone at Ohio State, which is where I'm at, so that automatically makes it cool! ;) Anyone else a member of the Dar list? I am just wondering how much these 2 groups overlap ~gina ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 14 Nov 2000 20:04:38 -0500 From: Regina Wilson Subject: [dads-yard] ohio yep, Becky, Ohio native here...originally Dayton...now Columbus. not a big fan of Columbus, tho :( oh well~~~~~ ~gina ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 14 Nov 2000 20:16:23 -0500 From: "Sarai Alderia" Subject: Re: [dads-yard] atlanta rocked! and, two questions for the list... Atlanta was an awesome show. The song entitled Elisabeth was awesome. I really hoe that she records it. This song I keep hearing everyone talk about that she sang in concert called "Elisabeth"....did it talk about trains crossing the bridge over the Ohio River? She sang a song like that when I saw her in Newport, KY, and it did mention Elisabeth in it.....she said she had just written the song that day and she was afraid that she would forget it because she didn't write it down....but it was beautiful and very well received. I have been trying to find out if she's been singing it at other shows, because if so, she probably wrote it down, and hopefully it will get recorded on her next album.
