The $69 version is more than sufficient, and is the most versatile editor I've found. It now features support of MP3 too, so I don't need all the extras I used to for that. I use CoolEdit in combination with CDWav (which is excellent for splitting into tracks) and Easy CD Creator (for burning the WAVs to CD).
