I should remark JFK as an exception, as you know you can see a picture of JFK in the "ODe to my family" video and needless to say he is mentioned on the song "I'm Still Remembering" Well, this should end the political ramblings. ;o) See ya!, Walko. http://go.to/cranberries PD: A los fans de habla hispana les recuerdo que tienen tiempo hasta el 15 de Febrero de ganar el cd Promises mas info en http://go.to/cranberries. So if you want to you can call him a politician and well, since the Cranberries wrote a song about him, I think they like(d) him :-) (well, you can't say I'm not good at adding useless things to the discussion ;-)) Anyway, is it just me (and Eline) or are the stores filled with all kinds of cranberries (with a small c)-products lately? Tea made of cranberries (in several different packages from different brands), things that smell like cranberries, and we've even found cranberries-pancakes in a panecakes-restaurant here in the city of Nijmegen (The Netherlands). It's very cool, don't get me wrong! I'm just glad they don't do the same things with the other band I'm a huge fan of: the Beatles... Imagine a beetles-pancake. Yuch! ;-) Ralph O'Neills http://www.noviomagum.com/darkhorse "All the people, So many people, They all go hand in hand, Hand in hand trough their parklife" (Blur) ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 9 Feb 2000 09:06:26 +1100 ( ) From: nic Subject: Re: %Cran: Another politician and cranberries-pancakes hehehe... guess what drink I had at 12:05am a month and a bit ago, when everyone else was drinking other toxic (well, alcoholic) stuff... yep, you guessed it -- cranberry juice... :) I thought it was appropriate, and so did a couple of the ppl who noticed... :) nice way to start the year, and whatever else you wanna call it... my blabber, I'll shut up now... :) nic... John Lennon is my second most important idol in my life (after Dolores) and he was a Socialist like me. People didn't admire his brilliant insights on politics (like on Imagine, Working Class Hero and Revolution) just because some stupid sh*theaded americains had to put their nose in other people's buisness. If they had left the things in Russia fix themself (wich would have certainly would have happened with a leader that wasn't corrupted and that applied the true values of socialism) they would have become far more superior to the USA. Instead, Communism was taken away and people are left trying to make a buck with Capitalism but they just don't know how to compete with such a maximismed competition. I never had a good view of the USA and I never will... bye bye jean¦françois ²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²² ²²²²²²²²²²²²²²²² Jean-François Goyette (Fluoberry) e-mail me at dbgoyet@videotron.ca or ICQ me at 43408869 Cranberries Waltzing Back website: http://pages.infinit.net/fluo1 "To hell with what your thinking, and to hell with your narrow mind.
