Our first user limit was 40 tickets but we are making it 60. With 60 people, their will be more events and more fun. You can still get the tickets at http://members.xoom.com/berryfest . The tickets are free. Also, beacuse of the user limit growing, their might be a lot of lag on the Java chatroom were the events were planned. I just took and account that is a java chat that connect to an IRC channel. That way we can be on Java or on IRC. Their will be an event schedule posted soon at the Berryfest '99 website. bye bye _________________________________________________ Jean-François Goyette (Fluo) dbgoyet@videotron.ca or fluo89@usa.net ICQ 10289063 Web page: http://pages.infinit.net/fluo1 (under huge renovations) "All my life, I changing ever again. The Mirror February 18, 1999, Thursday SECTION: NEWS; Pg. 3 LENGTH: 555 words HEADLINE: WE LOVE CAMERON AND ANDREA.. BUT WE HATE SINEAD AND DOLORES BYLINE: Lynne Kelleher BODY: TWO of Ireland's star divas are adored by fans all over all the world - but they are the women Irish men love to hate. Cranberries star Dolores O'Riordan and Sinead O'Connor top the charts on the international stage but they are bottom of the barrel at home. The true objects of desire for the nation's men are blonde bombshell Cameron Diaz and stunning singer Andrea Corr. Young Irish males have confessed that the gorgeous American actress and the sultry singer send their pulses racing. The survey carried out by Himself magazine revealed that most men would dump super-waif Kate Moss to fall into the arms of either Cameron or Andrea. When it comes to their own sex the most admired man on the planet is reformed hellraiser Roy Keane. The biggest heroes were top sports stars including teenage striker Michael Owen, boxing champ Steve Collins and Manchester United's David Beckham. And the study showed that one in 10 twentysomething males are still virgins. Boyzone star Ronan Keating hit the headlines when he announced he would remain a virgin until he walked down the aisle. The survey showed that nine per cent of men between 21 and 35 believe in hanging on to their virtue. The Irish male has emerged as a new age sensitive species held up in women's magazines as the perfect partner. The stereotypical image of the chauvinistic bogman has all but disappeared with the new nineties attitudes. They freely admit to doing the shopping, cooking and cleaning - but still fail to pick up an iron. Women no longer have to worry about their boyfriend's roving eye - the new reformed characters only want one girl in their lives. A staggering eight out of 10 men said staying faithful was the single most important issue in a relationship. And the modern men don't mind their lovers passing them in the earning stakes, according to the survey. Nine out of 10 men are "happy" to see the women in their lives earn as much as they do. But while almost three-quarters admitted that they loved strong-minded women, Ireland's two most outspoken females got the thumbs down. Sinead O'Connor is the woman most likely to send the opposite sex into a spin. The Dublin singer raises the hackles of one third of young men. Outspoken singer Dolores O'Riordan also popped up among the women who turned them off. When it comes to playing the field most admitted they were sowing their wild oats before settling down. One in five confessed to slipping between the sheets with up to 10 different partners and almost one third slept with up to five women. Most men admitted to jumping into bed with a string of partners but added they couldn't cope with their partner cheating on them. More than eight out of 10 said they couldn't turn a blind eye if their loved one had an affair. When it came to sex they named their girls at home as the best lovers in the world. Three out of 10 preferred to play at home claiming Irish women are the sexiest on the planet. But French femmes also caught their eye along with Scandinavian stunners. However British women trailed behind only scoring seven per cent in the survey. When it comes to the oldest profession in the world men are fully in favour. Two-thirds want brothels legalised but with strict controls. GRAPHIC: ROLE MODELS: Young men nowadays might still drool over the two gorgeous girls above, but their real heroes are, from left, David Beckham, Roy Keane, Steve Collins, Michael Owen and Ronan Keating LANGUAGE: ENGLISH - --------------------------------------------------------------- This is the Ridiculous Thoughts Mailing List Send posts to : cranlist@smoe.org Send unsubscribe requests to: cranlist-request@smoe.org Put "unsubscribe" in the BODY of the message.
