When I downloaded the mp3 using Netscape 3 it downloaded it as text (I actually had the funny symbols and stuff appearing in the browser window) but I just saved it as a text file and changed the file type with ResEdit and it worked fine... so there is an easy way of 'converting' the download to binary after it's downloaded as text. I don't know how that would be done on windoze though. Anyway whoever it was probably has the problem sorted out by now. I just figured I'd post anyway in case it helped. Merry Christmas everybody! I suppose you'll be eating cranberry sauce. :) Actually I've never had cranberry sauce. Angela Brett, who knows that her signature should only be 4 lines long. At least something will finally be happening in 1999 with the release of the new album, so I guess we can all look forward to that for March or April, or whenever it's going to be. Cranberry saw-us is good! Ocean Spray seems to be the best canned stuff, but I've never had the non-canned stuff. Anyway, it's good, you should try some. :) - -Brett - --------------------------------------------------------------- This is the Ridiculous Thoughts Mailing List Send posts to : cranlist@smoe.org Send unsubscribe requests to: cranlist-request@smoe.org Put "unsubscribe" in the BODY of the message.
