As you all know by now, The Cranberries only performed two songs: Dreams and Promises; Linger was taken out. Dolores' voice sounded amazing, it was so great, greater than it has been in a long time. This version of Dreams was so good, probably the best live version of this song. Promises must become a hit. I can't really describe the incredible sound of it, but it sounded like an early song with tiny elements from Linger, Sunday, So Cold In Ireland and Salvation. Dolores was looking great, wearing black leather pants, a silver top, and a brown/lilac jacket with glitter that she took of after the first song. The guys looked different, but I don't want to tell the entire story. The concert was not shown live in Norway, but it will be sent today (an edited edition). Later on they'll show the entire concert. For those of you living in other countries (the most of you), look out for it! Links: See a new picture of Dolores, taken today! (http://www.dagbladet.no/kultur/1998/12/11/147121.html) Another picture (I'll translate the interesting article. Quote from it (Dolores says): "I felt lonely and depressed, I had eating disorders, I drank to much and I was suicidal. That's why we had to cancel our European tour in the fall of '96." unquote. The title of the new album will be "Bury The Hatchet". (http://www.dagbladet.no/kultur/1998/12/11/146905.html) I'll update my page during the evening/night, and I'll mail a new message when I'm finished. Cuz here Fox is channel 36 cable, or 44 (same thing.) Is that the same channel that you are talking about? Or is it something different?
