If it was a 2-track, it usually had an edit or alternate version of the song. A good place to find promo singles, or anything else cran-related cheap, check www.ebay.com I know for sure that Still Can't... and Free to Decide promo singles are up for auction right now. Hope that helps! -Cranguy - ----Original Message Follows---- Date: Sun, 01 Nov 1998 15:08:11 -0500 From: Goyette Subject: %Cran: Promo Singles To: Ridiculous Thoughts mailling list Reply-to: Goyette Hello everyone! Usually, they have different artwork or track listings from the commercial item, or they may just have a sticker on them, or they may have a hole drilled into the case. Typically, there are only a few copies of promotional items. US promo items tend to be pretty common, as there are lots of radio stations, magazines, and others given these items. Promo items from other countries tend to be quite rare, with significantly less copies made (under 100 in many cases).
