Subject: [chakram-refugees] Leick in Hallowed Ground

Hallowed Ground, a direct-to-video horror film  with
Hudson Leick, was reviewed by author Kim Newman,
in Video Watchdog # 142 (Aug. 2008), p. 54.    Newman
was not impressed by the movie, but notes, "There's  a
thin stream of self-aware humor, introduced by  Leick's 
too-brief spark of a performance."  Leick may have  been
amused that the name of the sinister town in the 
film, Hope, is the same as a Xena villain.
