BATTLESTAR GALACTICA is normally carried on the SciFi channel, but coming up at 6 p.m. Eastern this Friday on BRAVO is a program titled "Battlestar Galactica: The Story So Far". I was unable to get a description of the content, but it \sounds/ like it just might be something helpful to us who haven't a clue about the backstory of the series into which our Flawless One has migrated. (It also repeats Sat. morning at 10.) TEXena, ever faithful (but who is real upset at Jai's loss to those other male klutzes) ========================================================= This has been a message to the chakram-refugees list. Yes, it's a synopsis of what happened in the miniseries and in the first two seasons, and it's being aired on a variety of different channels between now and when the third season starts up in October, presumably to try to draw in new viewers. Last week it was on USA, and I watched it, and it was okay. - --Sekhmet ========================================================= This has been a message to the chakram-refugees list. Hal Sparks is a moron and he couldn't carry a tune in a paper bag. Cheech Marin is a better singer than he is!! I'd say this gives Lucy very good odds for winning it all. Here's hoping she picks more songs that fit her range (the Richard Marx songs were the best for that, even if they were the most insipid), and remains confident. - -- =============================================== Meredith Tarr New Haven, CT USA mailto:meth@smoe.org http://www.smoe.org/meth =============================================== hear at the HOMe House Concert Series http://hom.smoe.org =============================================== ========================================================= This has been a message to the chakram-refugees list.
