I DO write the reviews for me, you know. ;) I will be touching up the review site to have direct 'skip' links if you only want to read certain parts AND I will make a new page for the gallery too, so you click one pix and go into that gallery for that person to reduce load time. I just wanted to get it all up NOW for you. ;) I mean, I'd already taken a month, right? Tee hee. > Thank the gods. Oh, um, I meant, you didn't hurt yourselves, did you? Nah. The floating on a cloud experience healed all wounds. ;) > Crap, I forgot about that. No Lucy. (Come on, Ife, suck it up. > There are others of note besides Lucy. Pretend, okay?) She's the mother of Henry, Dorothy's (Lucy) love interest. > It's interesting to me that Lucy always says she can't dance, Actually, watch carefully - Lucy's dances are generally very simple dances steps. Compare Lucy doing a dance verses a trained danger (ie, Lucy's dance in the play vs Simone's). > Indeed. I'm glad they did this safely. One bad spill in a > lifetime is more than enough. oooooooooooo, I AGREE! Don't you DARE hurt my Lucy! :P > LOL! I'm cracking up at the shifts between Lucy and Dorothy. I sympathize > with you. Must've been hard trying to focus on Lucy as Dorothy. Oops. Well, normally I wrote "Lucy" for Lucy action vs. Dorothy action. Ya got me there. That was Dorothy. Another edit to add to my list! ;) > I tempted to ask why Lorelei had to have this tiara, but I'll assume it was > 'cause it was so pretty. Uh, yeah...I don't know. The play seems to have a lot of, And then this happened. We can't really say why, it just was! > Uh huh uh huh. And Dorothy is .... She's not the only character in the play. :P The only one that matters, sure, but you said DETAILED. mwhahahaha! > Yeah, Mr. Gage can disappear now. And Gus. And Lady B. I'll > have to be more careful in the future about my wish for details. Ha ha ha! Yes you will. ;) > Huh? Never mind. Simone can disappear into no where, just like she came. HA HA HA! > LOL! Don't worry, she'll be back. WHEW! > Heh, I just had an entirely different image flash through my head > -- of Dorothy stopping the fight by banging the men's heads > >together. Hahaha! > Not only a geek, but a theater geek. Totally a theatre geek. You didn't notice that with my "stage left" and "stage right"? > Why can't they just leave Dorothy alone?! I told them to disappear! ha ha ha! I agree! >Her legs? You mean as opposed to merely here "jazz hands"? Ignore me. I'm having fun. Well good! > Hmmm, sounds a bit R-rated. Gotta be careful about those zippers and buttons "uniting." *rolls eyes* oh my... > I did! I did! Oh, yeah, I already neneered you on that. Sorry. Yes you did. :( But she had a bigger role in this one, so NENEER! > LOL! If you say so. I DO say so. ;) > You're too young to remember the famous Marilyn Monroe dress flying up photo, eh? Oye Ife. I'm 24 not an under the rock dweller! Yes, of COURSE I know that photo. ;) >Let's just say I'm substituting that image for yours. Bahahahahaha! Nah, nothing flew up. Thankful for jeans! >>No autograph and only one photo! >> > Oh, so that's your excuse? Guess that answers the question about ONE photo. Um, again: http://www.bitchofrome.com/seattle_2005_gallery.html - there's 17 or 18 Lucy photos. And I did take even more than that, but the rest are, like, her shoulder, her hair, her back - and to show how hardcore I be, I KEPT ALL shots of Lucy I took, but, no, I would not post a shot of her shoulder online. ;) AND Jenna shot TWO videos, which I've given the links for (and will be able to be reached through the gallery page once I get it all set up). > S'okay. You deserve a medal for the steam thing. YEAH! ;) >>There and gone, the moment is lost. Needless to say, everyone was bummed >What is it with you younguns? You just got through seeing the woman in person, in your own >words performing "the best ever." And that vanishes a few minutes later? Microwave euphoria? Oh, hell, NO! It all rocked, but my REAL excitement was that I may ACTUALLY get an in person, hand signed autograph from Lucy. >My dear, a scrawled signature will pale in comparison to your memories of that experience. And, >speaking selfishly, it's not something you could've (or would've) shared with me. I hope you got >the autograph later, but the above is what I was waiting for. Thank you for your geeky attention >to detail and enthusiasm. LOL! For me, my autograph collection is my fav thing I own. Not the cards with signatures on them (though I like those too), but the framed photos of all the actors and writers I've met and admire. I've got a huge Xena collection (Hudson, Adrienne (x5), Claire, Alex, Ted, Bruce, and more) and half of the Voyager crew (with the BIG ones for me - Roxann Dawson and Kate Mulgrew) Lucy and Renee do NOT sign at cons and I thought I would NEVER get an autograph from them. Then this chance came up. Granted, I did not get my Renee autograph 'in person,' but my interactions with her at the same event equals that few seconds in front of them at the autograph table. Lucy is my absolute IDOL! No one has been a greater inspiration, motivator, and in a way, friend than Lucy. I was 14 when "Xena" started back in 1995 - as you all know, those teen years can be hell, and "Xena" was just my WORLD, especially once I got online and met all you wonderful Xenites. To have that autograph is a connection to that, like owning a piece of it. Yes, the experience ROCKED, but I REALLY wanted an autograph. And, yes, I actually got TWO later on. So, I can die happy now. Oh, well, first I need to meet Jewel. Gotta get me one of those velvet rope tickets (front row, meet and greet, photo op AND autograph) when she's in town again. THEN I'll be all good. ;) >>SATURDAY AND SUNDAY COMING SOON... > Any Lucy in it? SURE IS! More stuff from Sharon AND Sat and Sun night in that same alley. ;) BATTLE ON XENA!
