Miller" Subject: Re: [chakram-refugees] Minotaur film Uh, oh. I'm hoping Tony Todd hasn't been cast as the Minotaur. Renaissance Pictures seems to be one of the few tv/movie production companies that can see him as heroic(though very tragic heroic). Then again, if it's realistic setting maybe the Minotaur is a metaphor. Then again, again :~) even if he did play the Minotaur, he would probably be better than any of the other stars of the film. (A different TV role for him I just remembered - I did see a little bit of a Fox high school series, where Todd guest stared as just a nice family man tracking down the father he never knew.) It seems the nicest actors (like Boris Karlof and Chris Lee) always make the best monsters.
