Well...

For starters I had a mix-up when I started to register.  I didn't understand
the process.  I realized I wanted to go back after the registration screen
and change my e-mail address.  Unfortunately I did not understand that my
registration was instantaneous.  Moreover, in trying to get back into the
account, I think I was locked out after only two or three attempts rather
than the 10 as stated on the webpage; I had several e-mails telling me the
account had been suspended. I immediately requested reinstatement on that
account and received an e-mail yesterday that the account had been
reinstated.

Today I received an e-mail that the account had been expired!  I have
replied to that e-mail requesting information, but only just did so.

I have learned over the years as a programmer that no matter what you test
for, someone will come along and find a way to break the program/system.  I
certainly found I could do it! As a developer, it is very hard to catch all
contingencies.

I think your right.  Yes now that people have pointed out that he said Alex
and Bob I agree that's what he said.  Now it doesn't make much sense because
he certainly had respect for AT and Tabor or he wouldn't have kept using them.
I suspect he was probably referring to some other conversation he had with
Chris that was off camera.  Maybe they were talking about the difficulty of
getting a TV series picked-up, I don't know.

Just saw this discussion.  Yes, he was referring to Bob 
Orci and Alex Kurtzman who were making a pilot at the time 
the Xena DVDs were being recorded.  That's why they 
couldn't participate.  They were in Baltimore, I believe.
