Xena's like, "Boy o boy, I've soooo wanted to meet with the parents who probably hate my guts." As for the rest, I got a little something different from the way Lucy plays it. To me, it's more like her antennae immediately go up when Herodotus seems to be describing a Gabrielle who's so "changed" from the one Xena knows. Even after what happened to Gabs, I think Xena's surprised Gabs would allow her family to think negative of her friendship or life with Xena, or that her fundamental nature would be so different. It's like she senses some truth in his words and is concerned for Gabs, more than worried about papa's opinions about herself. The "restraint" to me is more Xena listening, trying to get a "fix" on something that doesn't sound right. - -- Ife ========================================================= This has been a message to the chakram-refugees list. A thriller that seems to have Asian references. From the looks of it, I might've preferred to see Lucy in it, than the bit part in "Bogeyman." - -- Ife ========================================================= This has been a message to the chakram-refugees list. Sarah Michelle Gellar is starring in it, and Ted Raimi had to cancel his Burbank con appearance this year cuz he was going to film his role in it, yay! :) Tis directed by Sam I think? Or produced? I forget... -Sarah, aka the abbagirl- On Sat, 3 Jul 2004 IfeRae@aol.com wrote: > I just saw a trailer for a movie called (I think) "Grudge," with Raimi and > Tappert listed as something or other.
