Cuts like that would be great to have, in place of the bloopers they seem to have exhausted. Unfortunately, I think I remember Sharon saying they didn't save the cuts, or that it would be too difficult to find and put them together. Heck, the "lost scenes" would be like miniature eps that we could manage to talk about for days. - -- Ife ========================================================= This has been a message to the chakram-refugees list. We can spend weeks talking about how LL runs up stairs in just one scene. Cuts from just one ep would keep us yacking for YEARS!! I've already read a few posts about Lucy's nanosecond appearance in the previews for next week's ep. I confess that I rewound the tape a few times just to get my Lucy fix for the week, since she wasn't in the last ep. I plan to tape over that ep, but not until I'm taping the following one. Heck, the only reason I'm keeping the first eps is because of the Lucy spots. Rose mentioned (possibly on another list; I can't keep track anymore) that Lucy's hair looks different in the previews for next week. I did notice that. No doubt we could spend a good week discussing other aspects of that, like what her one sentence means or her expression. So, yeah, the XWP outtakes could be fodder not just for years, but DECADES! What an addiction we have. How sad that our withdrawal compels us to suck up every Lucy moment we can get, no matter how tainted we might feel the packaging is. Sad. So sad .... So, how 'bout that hair, eh? Seemed shorter, but with more bangs. - -- Ife ========================================================= This has been a message to the chakram-refugees list. Sharon had responded that unfortunately the "scenes" that were edited out were lost (implied thrown away). Now it seems some of you have seen some of these lost scenes at conventions. S-o-o-o-o-o-o-o my question for Sharon is, "WILL WE GET TO SEE LOST SCENES IN THE FUTURE"? I hope so.... like lfe said, we can discuss an excerpt for decades! I didn't go into details at the time, but what I meant was that all the dailies are stored in Universal's vaults and it would be very expensive to gain access to them. That's where all the footage is including scenes that weren't used. Now, there are some director's cuts that have some additional scenes that a director or someone else might have kept for him/herself. But that's iffy.
