At the very beginning, in the teaser, when Celesta is approaching the guards at the castle and one of the guards says "I can show you a good time" or something like that, Celesta reacts to the rude remark and at that point in the DVD I see some pixelization of her face and the candle, etc. Can you folks tell me if your copy also has the pixelization at that point? If so, then I'll know it's a manufacturing defect and probably won't bug DP for a replacement. But if your copy is clean, then I've got a defective copy and I'll probably call them for a replacement.
