I have no doubt that at times I was suspected of being a bit "dense". TEXena ========================================================= This has been a message to the chakram-refugees list. Umm, I meant where _nobody_ gets killed by anybody.... I haven't even tried to figure out the answer for myself... too busy :( And my memories of some of the S1 / S2 eps aren't that good... I really can't remember if anyone gets killed in The Titans, for example.... cr ========================================================= This has been a message to the chakram-refugees list. And one of those typical Xena 'grey areas' that we all love! Does it count if several people die if they come back to life again? I really don't know. > Athens City Academy of the Performing Bards > Lots of talk about folks dying. I think that was a clip show, not really a drama (except in the clips). A bit like Deja Vu for example. > The Furies > Lots of talk about past deaths but I don't recall anybody being killed. Yes, another good one. Xena biffed a few people but didn't obviously lkill any of them. > The Bitter Suite > They die. Come back. > > Forget Me Not Again, a clip show. I'm not sure if they count as dramas, more like a category of their own. And I don't think anyone was killed in Punch Lines or You Are There. (I was going to say Xena Scrolls as well, but actually two villains shot each other with Ares' assistance). > Succession > Maybe Mavican dies off screen. We never are told but we certainly do not > see a death. I think that's a pretty well-established death. There was no way out of the cave and the implication's fairly strong that Ares just left her there. > It's a short list indeed. > I could come up with far more non-lethal comedies. Most of 'em, I think. cr ========================================================= This has been a message to the chakram-refugees list. When does it come out? It premiered at the CineVegas film festival last month. IMDB doesn't have any other release dates for it, so I don't know if it's gotten distribution or not. Ain't It Cool News (aintitcool.com) has been having multiple orgasms over this film since someone there first saw the script well over a year ago, and after reading everything about it I'm really looking forward to getting a chance to see it for myself. It sounds like it's a deeply weird flick -- right up Bruce Campbell's alley. If I find out anything about when it's getting wider release, I'll post the info here. GREAT! Thank you! >(I saw EVIL DEAD over the weekend ... Bruce was *so* young!!!) For the first time? Which one did you see. I never liked "The Evil Dead" but I LOVE "Evil Dead 2: Dead By Dawn." The humour just made it so much better, but they are such classic horror films. I usually hate horror films. I only like the Evil Dead films and the Scream films. I don't know why I like Evil Dead so much. I must just be the stuff with the comedy that just adds to the feel. That and laughing your butt off at the claymation! LOL! Plus the classic moments of Bruce beating himself up in the Ash vs. His Evil Hand scenes! BATTLE ON XENA!
