Hey, Nicole (Hughes) made the cover of Echo. More of my favs are starting to get famous. How cool is that?... I guarantee it, last year had Indian, Thai, Jamaican and Greek foods... ...there's be Unidentified Fried Object there.... mmmm... pakoras. Yummy tamarind sauce too! Once I survived an entire weekend on nothing but pakoras and samosas... ...oh and water. The best part is by sunday night the spices start coming through your skin :-) That is the best part, right? Oh, and they have a reasonably faxsimile of chai (they don't use three types of cardamom or star anise like I do!) Did I mention the music? Oh and the air being cleaner? James. P.S. Certain artistes and their managers will hopefully stay longer and sample the cuisine and let certain photographer/music journalists buy them beer... ;-) P.P.S. Hillside is BYOD (Bring Your Own Dishes). Yeah, we're hippies. P.P.P.S. The only downside is the 6am to 4am constant drum circle. But just hope the drums don't stop... because awful things happen... ...bass solos. ;-) Sorry bad band joke! ========================================================================== James McGarry | jmcgarry@UoGuelph.CA - -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nardwuar The Human Serviette: "Do the guys with LSD get the most chicks?"
