And of course I want it :) I'm going to try and search the web for some answers but could definitely use your input. thanks! rox >- How many albums does she have? >- What are their titles? >- She hosts a folk music radio show in Toronto, what is called? >- What are the station's call letters? >- Even though she grew up in a Mennonite community, what is the one thing >she didn't learn how to do? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ rdfinch@mindspring.com http://www.unc.edu/~roxfinch I hate the Spice Girls, because I just don't think they've got anything to say. She was a sub for Roberta Carter Harrison (Wild Strawberries ... why am I always tempted to say it like Bill and Ted's Wyld Stallions? - Wyld Strawbearies, D00D)... Cate's around here a lot, but this was the first time I've seen her. A thoroughly grounded Jane Siberry is how I'd describe her. She has a delightful voice and a bubbly personality. I didn't get to hear much of her own work... though since it was a panel spot. She does the OntFolk circuit fairly regularly. Strong story telling and a melodic outlook are her strongest characteristics. She's got quite the line up on her Wayward CD, a Ron Sexsmith tune, Veda Hille on vocals, and the area's second busiest cellist (;-)) Anne Bourne. James. P.S. 6 degrees of Anne Bourne just doesn't have the same ring :-) ========================================================================== James McGarry | jmcgarry@UoGuelph.CA - -------------------------------------------------------------------------- An artist should be fit for the best society and keep out of it. - - John Ruskin ========================================================================== ------------------------------ End of canadian-music-digest V1 #81 ***********************************
