Hey Cagehead peoples... It's been one week since my living room concert with Joel, and plase do forgive me for not posting sooner... it was a great show, definitely one for the books...Joel played with Jane Kelly Williams from NY, each singer trading off every few sons, as per the usual style of my house... Joel was great, definitely won over every audience member... he played a new guitar...one he is proud of because he got it, case included, second hand for an amazing price...for less than the cost of shoes these days, it seems... I feel like there is so much to tell you...like somehow I would want to capture the magic of each of my shows, this one definitely included, in this post, but no words can articulate what really happens...people who have come to my house can attest to that... Please do excuse my well overdue post...life on my side of the computer has been going crazy...I have a midterm tomorrow night that's worth 50% of my final grade in the class and a paper due the next night in another class...followed up by 2 papers due next tuesday... ...and i have to find a job somewhere in there...i hate to sound whiny...but if anyone knows of any nice decent office jobs in the Boston/Cambridge area...definitely ons that are accessible to the T...please let me know, as of October 15, I have been in the market... ok enough of my whining... Jonathan, any comments/thoughts on the house conert? scary...when Joel was over I had given him a copy of my poetry manuscript...i wonder what he is thinking of it...how icky it is n stuff...heh... ok i hafta get back to my studying... play nice, kiddies =) stephanie * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Stephanie Maria Kartalopoulos * The Greek Poet Chyck kartalst@hugse1.harvard.edu This is my prayer for you: May the moon protect you with honesty, caring, and gentility. May the sun guide you with assertive perseverence. May the stars embrace you, bringing smiles to your faces and songs to your souls. And I hear your voice through the darkness-it's music to my ears. -J.Bruce ------------------------------ End of cageheads-digest V1 #13 ******************************
